Edexcel Partnership
Perspective has partnered with Edexcel, the UK’s largest awarding body, to provide an effective means of student monitoring for schools, colleges and training providers offering the new 14-19 Diploma qualifications.
If you are offering the Diploma to your year 10 students from September, it’s going to be vital to have the tools to effectively monitor a range of activity.
The delivery of Diploma qualifications involves the collaboration of many different parties, all of whom will need to access and monitor information on learner progress towards the qualifications that constitute the Diploma.
Edexcel recognises the importance of effective student monitoring and communication in the delivery of Diplomas and has partnered with Perspective to offer schools and colleges delivering the Diploma the opportunity to do this.
For a Learner to achieve a Diploma qualification he or she must pass all of the constituent components – failure in one of them means that the qualification is not attained. So; the ability for all delivery partners and assessors to have up to the minute information on Learner progress towards all of the Diploma components is vital for truly effective delivery.
CLM provides consortia with the tools to comply with ever more complicated regulations in a quick and simple way and create up-to-the-minute data on all students, schools and training providers, giving a comprehensive picture of a delivery partnership’s performance at any given time.
“Edexcel recognises the importance of effective student monitoring on the success of The Diploma. It is essential that communication between parties flows freely and that vital information is readily accessible to ensure that students reach their maximum potential.”
