The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI)

The IMI has created a consortium of smaller, non government funded companies to help them increase employee skills by supporting, guiding and monitoring them through a Train to Gain initiative. With numbers consistently increasing, the IMI needed a suitable platform to allow them to monitor both student learning and progression, as well of that of the delivery partners, to ensure that the Train to Gain initiatives where a success and employee skill sets risen.

Jaguar Land Rover

Jaguar Land Rover traditionally tracked the progression of its learners manually using spreadsheets but, with interest in Jaguar Land Rover’s 14-16 training program increasing year on year – 350 students in 2009 - keeping records up-to-date became a time consuming and inaccurate process.
