CLM helps with the safeguarding of all students, with tracking and logging attendance and being easily able to feed this back to schools and local authorities.

Whenever I have had an admin query, this has being dealt with almost immediately with clear instructions.

I have found both CLM and Perspective incredibly helpful in supporting our day‑to‑day work with children and young people.

CLM is genuinely easy to use and has made a real difference to the amount of time my team spends on admin. The system keeps everything in one place, which helps us stay organised and ensures information is shared quickly when it matters. It also supports our safeguarding responsibilities, as we can see real‑time updates, monitor attendance easily, and pick up concerns promptly. For a busy service, that level of visibility is invaluable.

Perspective has also been a great support. The team are friendly, responsive, and always open to feedback. Whenever we’ve needed help or suggested improvements, they’ve been quick to respond and really keen to make the system work for us. That kind of partnership approach makes a big difference and helps us feel confident that the tools we use will continue to grow with our needs.

Together, CLM and Perspective make our work smoother, quicker, and more connected, and I’m grateful for the support both systems provide.

Collaborate Learning Manager (CLM) is very easy to navigate and user friendly. It plays an important role in safeguarding our alternative provision cohorts, ensuring that key information is easily accessible and accurate. Its ability to track learner attendance and progress reporting is very important and useful.

The support team deal with any issues promptly, ensuring there is minimal disruption.

The project team responds promptly to feedback and system enhancements, and the support provided is always timely and effective.
